The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Afelyon and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Generated Code

You retain all rights to code generated by Afelyon for your projects. However, you acknowledge that:

• Similar code may be generated for other users
• The AI model may learn from aggregated, anonymized usage patterns
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated code
• You must ensure generated code complies with applicable licenses

5.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about Afelyon become our property and may be used without compensation or attribution.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We specifically disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or correctness of generated code
• Security or error-free operation
• Compatibility with your specific use case
• Non-infringement of third-party rights

You acknowledge that AI-generated code requires human review and may contain errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities. You are solely responsible for testing and validating all code before deployment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Afelyon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

This includes but is not limited to damages resulting from:

• Use or inability to use the Service
• Errors or bugs in generated code
• Security vulnerabilities or data breaches
• Unauthorized access to your repositories
• Third-party actions or services
• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
